SocialHomes.Ai Demo — Access & Confidentiality Terms

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to any individual ("you", "Recipient") who has been granted access to the SocialHomes.Ai demo (the "Demo") hosted at yantra.works/socialhomes/quickdemo1/ or any related URL. Access is granted by Yantra Works Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales ("Yantra Works", "we", "us").

By entering your email address to access the Demo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not access the Demo.

2. Confidentiality Obligation

The Demo contains commercially sensitive and proprietary information relating to SocialHomes.Ai, including but not limited to:

• Product features, design, and user interface
• Technical architecture and AI model integrations
• Business model, pricing strategy, and roadmap
• Any data, content, or materials shown within the Demo

All such information is confidential ("Confidential Information"). You agree to:

1. Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential;
2. Not reproduce, copy, record, screenshot, or transcribe any part of the Demo;
3. Not disclose any Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent from Yantra Works Ltd;
4. Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of evaluating SocialHomes.Ai for potential use within your own organisation.

3. Permitted Use

Access to the Demo is granted solely for the purpose of evaluating whether SocialHomes.Ai may be suitable for your organisation's housing management needs. You may share your general impressions with colleagues within your own organisation on a need-to-know basis, provided those colleagues are also bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

You must not use the Demo or any Confidential Information to:

• Develop or improve a competing product or service;
• Assist a competitor of Yantra Works Ltd;
• Share with or brief any member of the press, media, or public;
• Benchmark SocialHomes.Ai for publication without prior written consent.

4. Access Logging

To protect our intellectual property and for security purposes, Yantra Works Ltd logs access to the Demo. Log data may include your email address, the time of access, and your approximate IP address. This data is used solely for security and legitimate business purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK GDPR obligations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Demo, including software, design, text, graphics, and data, is the exclusive property of Yantra Works Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any licence or right in any intellectual property of Yantra Works Ltd except as expressly set out above.

6. Duration

Your confidentiality obligations under these terms continue for a period of three (3) years from the date you first accessed the Demo, or until the information enters the public domain through no fault of your own, whichever occurs first.

7. No Warranty

The Demo is provided for evaluation purposes only. It may not represent the final product. Yantra Works Ltd makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information presented.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yantra Works Ltd with respect to your access to the Demo and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
